 -  This patent is based on the same concept that Shamir presented in his patent, a capacitor decoupled power source. This patent only seems to add a scheduling aspect to the time when the capacitor is charged. It seems that everything is dependant on Shamir patent. I dont think there is anything more to it, but I will definately not read it again, the writing gives me headaches.
